ingredients

• 1 ounce coconut rum
• 1 ounce dark rum
• 2 ounces pineapple juice

directions

1. Pour the coconut rum into a collins glass half-filled with ice cubes.
2. Add pineapple juice, and stir.
3. Float dark rum on top, and enjoy.

This was very good. I prefer to just barely taste the alcohol, so I would up the pineapple juice for my tastes, but DB thought it was perfect. Made for the beverage challenge ZWT5: Caribbean.
