This recipie is courtesy of Paula Deen (FoodNetwork) and is absolutely scrumptious. I'm not sure of how many servings this makes, as I'm a pig when it comes to this recipe, so it's just a guess.
- 1 (8 ounce) can cranberries (not jellied)
- 1 (6 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- In a medium size bowl, gently fold together the cranberries, mandarin oranges, walnuts and pecans.
