- 4 large sweet potatoes, cooked and halved
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Place potatoes in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
- Blend butter, honey, orange juice, salt and cornstarch.
- Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 450 degree for 10 minutes.
