I watched Barefoot Contessa fix this today and since I had all ingredients on hand and it is HOT, thought I would fix it for our supper tonight. I sure am glad I did. This is awesome on a hot day. I hope you will try it too!

I also tried this recipe and I halved the amount of lemonjuice. Unfortunatly it was still too lemony and needed alot of Stevia/sugar.

I made this and only used 1/2 cup lemon. It was very nice. I think 1 cup would have been too much. Much enjoyed! Made for the Summer Comfort Cafe 2009.

I saw Ina make this as well and I was anxious to try it, since I love lemon tea. It wasn't what I was expecting. It was very lemony and I couldn't taste the tea at all. I think next time I will cut down on the lemon juice a bit and see how that goes. Thanks for posting!!!
