This is an cheap substitute for the expensive General Foods product. You will spend about 20% of what you would on the GF product.

This is great for camping and in general! I did find that it was quite week with only one tablespoon per mug. But thats a quick fix! Just add more. Thanks for the idea and recipe!

It didn't have the sweetness that the store-bought version has, but I bought the sugar-free version which uses that artificial stuff anyway. This definitely has more of a coffee 'kick' than the store-bought Cafe' Vienna. Thanks for coming up with this---I might use it for Christmas gifts! :)

Brilliant! Quick and easy to make, and I get cinnamon-y coffee at the drop of a hat! I did bash my coffee granules with a rolling pin to make them easier to dissolve, and will do the same to the powdered milk next time as it was a little lumpy. It's a perfect mix though - I don't need to add sugar or anything!
