• 1 egg white
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups brewed coffee (strong)

directions

1. Beat the egg white until stiff.
2. Whip the cream together with the vanilla.
3. Mix the egg white and whipped cream mixture together, and fill 4 cups one-third of the way up.
4. Add 2/3 cup coffee to each cup.
