A quick recipe that I found in "The Four Ingredient Cookbook" that I would like to try.
- 1 lb flounder fillets
- 1⁄2 cup prepared caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup round buttery cracker crumb
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Place fillets in lightly greased casserole dish. Drizzle Caesar dressing over fillets. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of fillets. Bake at 400 degreees for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
