ingredients
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps (DeKuyper)
- 1⁄2 ounce irish cream (Baileys Irish Cream)
directions
- Add the butterscotch schnapps to a a chilled shot glass and layer the Irish Cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

I love this drink. We always mix it half and half. This is always a favorite at our girls night out parties. The last time we made a big batch and mixed it with a pampered chef drink mixer. Tastes great!!

I live with my boyfriend in Lakewood, Colorado. We love cooking and trying new recipes. I'm a vegetarian and he's a carnivore, but luckily he's also an adventurous eater so we get along well, gastronomically speaking. Cooking together is one of our favorite things to do.
