  • Place sugar, milk and butter in a small saucepan. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until sugar dissolves,.
  • Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool until just warm.
  • Beat in icing sugar until spreadable.
