From Sandra Lee on Food Network. Other red wines may be substituted for the Burgundy.
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 3 cups Burgundy wine, chilled
- 3 cups sparkling apple cider, chilled
- Pour 1/4 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup red wine into each highball glass. Top each off with 1/2 cup sparkling cider.
- Serve chilled.
