- 907.18 g small red potatoes, with skin on
- 59.14 ml garlic, choppped
- 4.92 ml dried oregano
- 4.92 ml salt
- 236.59 ml pecorino romano cheese, grated
- 118.29 ml butter, semisoft and cut into pieces
directions
- Wash potatoes and place in large pot.
- Cover with cold water and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Drain potatoes and place in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and whip with mixer until well blended.
