ingredients

• 907.18 g small red potatoes, with skin on
• 59.14 ml garlic, choppped
• 4.92 ml dried oregano
• 4.92 ml salt
• 236.59 ml pecorino romano cheese, grated
• 118.29 ml butter, semisoft and cut into pieces

directions

1. Wash potatoes and place in large pot.
2. Cover with cold water and bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook until potatoes are tender.
4. Drain potatoes and place in large bowl.
5. Add remaining ingredients and whip with mixer until well blended.
