- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprout
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups shredded kerrygold dubliner cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
directions
- Stem and wash Brussels sprouts.
- Mix soup, and cheese in large mixing bowl.
- Add brussels sprouts and garlic to mixture.
- pour into casserole dish.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees until sprouts are tender.
