  • In a large bowl use a whisk to combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add vegetables and miss thoroughly.
  • You can substitute regular raisins for golden raisins, but the golden color is a nice contrast to the Craisins.

  3. When I made this the first time, I used regular mayo and bacon. But my daughter prefers healthier ingredients, so I loved the change to low-fat mayo and turkey bacon. It's a big hit with my daughter and her college roommates, and it would be great for a family reunion or pot-luck.
