  1. I also added extra Olive oil because I sauteed mushroom slices along with the broccoli and I increased the amount of garlic. A very quick, easy and tastey pasta dinner! Thanks for posting NurseDi.

  2. Thanks Nurse Di. We had this for supper tonight. Very delicious. Nicely seasoned--garlic and cayenne are my personal favs. I used Romano cheese to sprinkle on top. Perfect meatless entree. Many thanks.

  3. This was so simple and easy but large on flavor. Sauteed broccoli and seasonings over pasta with cheese. Double YUMMY!!! And look mom, no meat. I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. DH and I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks Nurse Di ;)

  4. Yummy! I made this for dinner a couple of nights back. Wonderful sauteed broccoli with the added spice of cayenne. I used 3 pinches actually. The broccoli was great served over the pasta with cheese sprinkled on top. So easy and delicious. Thanks for posting this one.

  5. Another easy - yet delicious recipes. So simple you'd never believe it can taste so good. The only thing I had to do was add a little more olive oil to the pasta before mixing since my pan seamed to absorb some of it and there wasnt quite enough to mix in. Great recipe, thanks!

Tweaks

  1. This was a great recipe, but I modified it quite a bit. Used egg noodles instead of pasta. Didn't have enough broccoli so used a couple heads of broccoli plus 10 ounces of fresh spinach tossed in with the broccoli. On top I added a cheese sauce made from flour, butter, skim milk and shredded cheddar cheese. It was excellent with quite a kick due to the cayenne pepper.

  2. I made this for lunch and it is great!! Im not crazy about hot pepper so I added a tsp or so of Italian dressing mix instead of the cayenne pepper and I put it on rotini pasta instead of spaghetti. It was really good..
