I liked these they made a tasty little snack. I have a box of them that are slowly being munched by various people. They are a pain to make slicing 1lb of brazil nuts is enough to make a person go mad and take a knife to the nearest inanimate object. When the Brazil nuts are cut into slices they are very nice but it is just too much effort to do 1lb of them in the same way. I'm going to try this again with whole nuts or another type of nut so I don't have to slice them up.
