A drink from the bar Mundo Bizarro at Buenos Aires (taken in a book. It's not too sweet and we liked it. It's enough potent.
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Galliano
- 1⁄2 ounce apricot brandy
- 4 ounces apple juice (freshly pressed, but I used store-bought)
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce sugar syrup
- Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain in a highball filled with ice.
- Garnish with quarters of lime, sliced and serve with long straws.
This is a nice tart drink, interesting blend of flavours but they work well together. Thanks for posting!
