Bodacious Blue Cheese Dip

"My husband made this dip for celery last night to go with my crunchy hot wings. Yummo, move over Emeril!"

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
• 6 ounces sour cream
• 3 ounces mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• 1 1⁄2 lemons, juice of
• pepper
• crushed red pepper flakes

directions

1. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Can also be mixed with a vinaigrette for a delicious blue cheese salad dressing.

I made this to go over a lettuce and hard boiled egg salad. It tasted great! The lemon flavor really came through! Made for Newest Zaar Tag game.
