An easy, delicious recipe that I learned in college.

  4. Add 1/2 of the pasta to the baking dish.
  5. Cover pasta with 1/2 [or desired amount] of ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
  7. Cover the pasta with a layer of vodka sauce.
  8. Add a second layer of pasta, cheese, and sauce [Hold back a small portion of mozzarella].

Tastes great and easy to make! I substituted 8 oz. of cream cheese for 8 oz. of ricotta chesse (as i always do when Ricotta is used) and it came out wonderfully. Thanks!
