My own invention, based on a mango lassi I love.
- 1 pint blueberries, washed and picked through
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey (to taste) or 3 tablespoons agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 8 -10 ice cubes
- Combine everything except ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until ice is pulverized. Serve in tall glasses.
