My own invention, based on a mango lassi I love.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 pint blueberries, washed and picked through
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey (to taste) or 3 tablespoons agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 lemon, juice of
  • 8 -10 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine everything except ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend until ice is pulverized. Serve in tall glasses.
