- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
directions
- Preheat oven 400*.
- Mix blueberries, corn starch and 1/3 cups sugar in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour onto blueberries.
- Bake 30 minutes.
