Another great breakfast or meal replacement that's also a hit with kids!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free blueberry yogurt (your favorite flavor) or 1 (8 ounce) container frozen yogurt (your favorite flavor)
  • 1 (36 g) packetfrench vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
  • 12 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries (or your favorite berries)
  • 1 small banana


  1. PLACE milk, yogurt, Instant Breakfast, blueberries and banana in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
