Blue Cowgirl

"Christina's, Eastsound, Washington. The name for this straightforward, colorful cocktail is inspired by the Tom Robbins classic Even Cowgirls Get the Blues. The crisp gin with a vibrant splash of blue curaçao makes for a refreshing sipper. A classic martini glass befits this elegant cocktail, though at Christina's they sometimes serve it in a whimsical glass boot. 1. Great drink, very potent. I think next time, we'll cut down on the gin and add a bit more of cointreau. Thanks Lazyme :) Made for TYM tag game
