This recipe results in a delicious dressing, not as strong as Roquefort. It is far superior to what you can purchase at the supermarket.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- In a medium size bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
- Chill several hours before serving over mixed greens.
