- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 2 ounces blue cheese or 2 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled

- [you can substitute 1 tsp lemon juice in milk for buttermilk - or just use water to thin dressing to your taste].
- Combine all and place in covered jar.
- Add more crumbled cheese, if desired (i load mine up with a LOT more cheese!].
- This lasts in the refrigerator for a long time.
