Delightfully elegant cocktail perfect for the holidays! This recipe is from mixologist and bar manager, Eben Klemm of Pico, New York's most elegant Portuguese restaurant.
- 1 tablespoon Chambord raspberry liquor
- chilled champagne
- 1⁄2 teaspoon blackberry sorbet or 1⁄2 teaspoon passion fruit sorbet
- Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Add the sorbet and serve at once.
This is a great little cocktail. My husband loved it. I bought a mini bottle of Chambord and substituted the sorbet for raspberry sherbert. This would be great to toast in the New Year. Thanks.
This was just great. I used a sweet bubbly wine served it at Christmas to some young ladies who like sweet drinks. It was too sweet for me, but with regular champagne, I think it would be more a "grown-up" drink. This is a keeper!
