Caribbean Champagne Cocktail
A champagne cocktail with a caribbean twist from my Hilary Walden Cocktail book.
- Ready In:
- 7 1⁄2 ml white rum
- 7 1⁄2 ml banana liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a champagne flute & then top up with champagne.

This is for banana Lovers! Great for a buzz! You know how champagne goes to your head? This drink brings it faster.... I found this sweet! I was looking for the bitters but the banana overtook the drink. After a couple sips I did add a bunch of ice cubes. I suggest adding half the banana. Thanks!Reply
