ingredients

• 59.14 ml Japanese sake
• 59.14 ml Japanese soy sauce
• 29.58 ml mirin
• 4.92 ml sesame oil
• 22.18 ml honey
• 14.79 ml grated ginger
• 4.92 ml minced garlic

directions

1. Mix ingredients well and combine with food.

Wow, I love this. I am simmering hamburger patties in it as we speak. Easy and had the sake from a gift of last Christmas. I hate to waste and all the ingredients were in my cupboard. My son will die eating this when he returns from playing Basketball. Love it, tell your hubby.
