Big-Guy is my husband and this is his creation. We love this as a side dish or as a main dish. We also will sometimes add cut up grilled chicken.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 12 cup butter, DO NOT USE MARGARINE
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix


  1. Follow directions to cook spaghetti.
  2. While water comes to a boil; in a small saucepan brown butter, being careful not to burn.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in onion soup mix and allow to sit while spaghetti is cooking.
  4. Drain spaghetti and toss well with the butter mixture.
