- Wash 1 cup rice thoroughly.
- Soak for 45 minutes in 1 3/4 cup cold water.
- Cook rice in covered pot until it start to boil.
- Turn down heat to very low and cook for 35 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
