  • Cream butter and sugars until combined.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, blend until light and fluffy.
  • Add peanut butter, mix to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Whisk well to break up any lumps.
  • Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Combine well.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate till firm.
  • Preheat oven to 350F (325F convection).
  • Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies should be slightly cracked on top, but not too dry.
  • Makes 3 dozen cookies.
