Best Ever Sweet Potato Casserole

ingredients

• 709.77-946.36 ml mashed sweet potatoes
• 236.59 ml brown sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 118.29 ml melted butter
• 78.78 ml milk
• 236.59 ml mini marshmallows

• Topping

• 236.59 ml brown sugar
• 78.78 ml flour
• 236.59 ml chopped pecans
• 78.78 ml melted butter
• 473.18 ml mini marshmallows

directions

1. Mix together potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and milk.
2. Stir in mini marshmallows.
3. Spread into a 13"x9" pan.
4. Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter.
5. Spread evenly over potato mixture.
6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over top to cover. (Add more or use less as preferred).
7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned.

Great recipe!

This was okay, but it really could use some ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. If I make this again, I will add those three to it. It was just too sweet.
