An easy, light smoothie that is easily adapted to other fruits or yogurt flavors. Adapted from a Jenny Craig cookbook. Makes about 3 cups.
- Put ingredients in blender (I find the order listed works well).
- Blend until smooth & enjoy.
I made this with frozen raspberries and strawberries, so I omitted the ice. I really enjoyed the taste, it wasn't too tart. I did find it really thick, and had to eat it with a spoon even though I doubled the milk. Thanks for the recipe!
I made this for breakfast yesterday, it is a nice smoothie. I used fresh sweet strawberries & frozen tart raspberries & 1% milk. Thanks so much for sharing Ellen.
