A recipe from the Smucker's sugar free mailing.
- 1 cup sugar-free vanilla ice cream or 1 cup frozen yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup smucker's sugar-free fruit spread (any flavor)
- Combine ice cream, milk, and fruit spread in a blender container. Blend until smooth.
- For a lighter, frothier option, and 1 cup of sugar free lemon-line soda to mixture prior to blending. Garnish with mint leaves or fresh fruit, if desired.
