ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup 2% milk
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup strawberry, diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free blueberry yogurt
directions
- Place ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!

What a refreshing smoothie. I fixed this for an afternoon treat for me and the kids. I fixed the entire recipe as written. Make note though, to anyone that will be fixing this; peel the banana BEFORE freezing. LOL. I'd never froze a banana before and ended up having to throw it away. I then peeled the banana and put it in a ziplock bag and froze. Was much better. LOL Thanks for posting. Made for PRMR-June 2010

Even though the title says dairy, I did use flax milk(new at Walmart!). I used a fresh banana, but the strawberries and blueberries were frozen. I had thought I had cranberry juice, but didn't, so used grape juice. Delicious drink and made a great breakfast. Thanks Syd! :) Made for the Almost Five game.
