Delicious. I used one fourth the oil and subbed more mustard seeds for the dry mustard (personal preference). It was a great dish!

  1. add oil to hot pan
  2. add spices stirring after each addition
  3. add ginger
  4. stir
  5. add garlic.
  6. stir
  7. add chilies stir
  8. add potatoes fry gently so they dont fall apart should be round balls.
  9. cook until golden color about 10 minutes.
