I cut them into wedges, (steak fries), tossed them in oil, and baked them at 450F for about 30 minutes. They were wonderful! I would have left them in longer, since I like them crispy, but hubby doesn't and I enjoy any taters if I can drench them in ketchup! Just a healthier way for our life style, and thanks Diva Spoonie Sharon! YUM!

Great fries! They looked and tasted wonderful. I don't know why I bother with frozen fries when these are such a cinch to make. I made homemade tartar sauce for dipping. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT 6.

Awesome! Crispy and yummy! I do enjoy a great fry, no matter the nationality! I did serve these with a garlic aioli, which I like with fries like these. Thanks for sharing, Sharon. Made for ZWT 6.
