Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 yellow beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
  • 1 red beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
  • 6 inches daikon radishes, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and let stand at least ½ hour.
  2. Season to taste before serving.
