directions

  • Brown hamburger; drain.
  • Mix in both packets of seasoning along with 1 small can of chilies. Simmer.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 can of green chilies, and a generous pour of Taco Sauce. Don't worry about over doing it on the Taco Sauce.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In an ungreased glass 9 x 13 pan, spread a portion of the sauce mixture to coat the bottom. Don't go too thin or the enchiladas will stick.
  • Spoon beef mixture into each of the flour shells. Tuck in the sides and roll up. Line them into the 9 x 13 pan.
  • Cover the burritos with the remaining sauce.
  • Top with cheese. Use 90-100% of the 4 cups.
  • Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes. Serve with extra Taco sauce and a side of jalapenos (optional).
