  1. Brown hamburger; drain.
  2. Mix in both packets of seasoning along with 1 small can of chilies. Simmer.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 can of green chilies, and a generous pour of Taco Sauce. Don't worry about over doing it on the Taco Sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. In an ungreased glass 9 x 13 pan, spread a portion of the sauce mixture to coat the bottom. Don't go too thin or the enchiladas will stick.
  6. Spoon beef mixture into each of the flour shells. Tuck in the sides and roll up. Line them into the 9 x 13 pan.
  7. Cover the burritos with the remaining sauce.
  8. Top with cheese. Use 90-100% of the 4 cups.
  9. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes. Serve with extra Taco sauce and a side of jalapenos (optional).
