BBQ Ham Casserole
"I created this recipe trying to use up pantry items. It has since been a favorite! Cheddar Cheese, sweet potatoes,ham and a creamy bbq sauce make a flavorful and quick dish!"

ingredients
- 1 lb diced ham
- 1 1⁄2 lbs cooked sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
directions
- Combine ham and sweet potatoe chunks in a bowl. Carefully mix together without mashing the sweet potatoes. Put Ham mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar. In a small bowl combine BBQ sauce and cream. Pour sauce over casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
