Recipe by Engineer in the Kitchen
A drink that is usually available in Cuban restaurants. Tweaked it a bit to make it mine. A great breakfast shake.
- 2 1⁄2 cups puffed wheat cereal
- 4 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen
