From the 'Enchanted Broccoli Forest Cookbook" Will keep in the fridge for several weeks.
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 -4 large garlic cloves
- 1⁄3 cup lightly toasted pine nuts or 1⁄3 cup walnuts
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- Mince basil and garlic in food processor.
- Add nuts and mince some more.
- Drizzle oil in as machine is running.
- When you have a smooth paste transfer to bowl.
- Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.
