This is a recipe for a basic topping to put on a basic plain cheese pizza. Use amounts as guidelines in making up you own topping ideas.
- 59.14-78.07 ml pizza sauce
- 236.59-473.18 ml grated mozzarella cheese
- 2.46-4.92 ml dried Italian herb seasoning or 14.79 ml fresh mixed Italian herbs
- Spread sauce over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch edge uncovered.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top and sprinkle with desired herbs.
