  1. This is the way I make pasta and it always turns out well. Add your favourite herbs and black pepper for something a little different. I often throw in handfuls of fresh chopped basil.

  2. Wonderful!!! I have tried a few other recipes and this was my far the best. The dough was a dream to work with, no issues with sticking in my pasta machine. Can't wait to try

  3. Perfect for ravioli when you're out of eggs or even when you aren't. It rolls out lovely and thin. However it does benefit from sitting for a few minutes before you begin.

  4. My dough recipe calls for eggs and I needed on without for my daughters since she is allergic. DD's school serves ravioli's and she can't have theirs b/c they have eggs in them. I decided to make my own and freeze them so when the school serves ravioli's, she can bring her own and feel like she is eating with the rest of them. I sub'd the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour and added just a tad more water. PERFECTO! My husband loved them and so did my DD. I couldn't even tell the difference between this recipe and my own. Thanks! This is a keeper.
