Good and easy buttercream.

Directions

  1. Cream shortening and butter until lightened in color.
  2. Add vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in sugar cup at a time, mixing thoroughly before adding more.
  4. After all sugar is added, add milk.
  5. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  6. Keep covered in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Rewhip before using.
