We love corn on the cob...but have to resist the temptation to smother it in butter. This is simple,tasty and low fat too!!

The lime and cayenne were a great combo to the quick tasty recipe. I did use 2 tablespoons of tangy BBQ cause, and divided it 4 ways, lightly brushing 1/2 tablespoon on each cob. The lime taste was still noticable, and made for a great treat. The amount of spiciness was just right. Tagged and made for PRMR tag.

- Pull the husks back from the corn, then remove and discard the silks. Rub each cob with a wedge of lime the fold back the husks to cover the kernels.
- Cook over medium hot coals for about 10 mins (approx) turning frequently until the corn is dark golden and the kernels tender.
- Mix together the salt and the cayenne pepper.
- Pull the husks away from the corn and sprinkle over the salt mixture. Serve with a wedge of lime for extra rubbing.
