Barbecue Garlic Paste

• Yields: 1/4 cup

ingredients

• 3 garlic heads, cooked
• 1 teaspoon butter, soft
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cilantro, minced fine
• 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh lime juice

directions

1. Squeeze all the garlic into a bowl and blend with the butter, cilantro and lime juice.
2. Use as a spread or on grilled meats.
