- 2 ounces strawberries, fresh and sliced
- 1⁄2 banana, sliced
- 2 ounces plain yogurt
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until well combined, serve immediately.
