I tried a smoothie recipe and tweaked it to my liking.
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 ice cubes
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
