  1. Add Ice milk and cottage cheese in a blender. Blend on medium. Next add chunks of banana. Blend until desired frothieness.

I'm always looking for ways to get more protein in my kids. They loved this. We'll definitely have this again and experiment with other fruits.

I tried this because of the protein count and because my diet requires lots of protein. It did not disappoint. And I think the cottage cheese, ice and milk mixture could basically be mixed with any fruit.
