This was really good! I used rice milk, added a little extra peanut butter and some cocoa powder as well.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups soymilk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS) or 1 12 cups rice milk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS)
  • 1 banana, ripe (I slice and freeze first)
  • 34 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions

  1. Blend all in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
